Welcome to Boutique for Cosmetic Dentistry! The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. After contacting our office to schedule an appointment, please complete your new patient forms before your visit so our specialists can better prepare for your appointment. The security and privacy of your personal data is one of our primary concerns, and we have taken every precaution to protect it.
We look forward to meeting you at your first visit to our office. During this time, we will help you get acquainted with our office and learn about your treatment options. Typically, your first visit at the Boutique will take 60 to 90 minutes. It’s important that we assess your overall oral health and develop a treatment plan that is best for your dental needs.
Our office is located next to D. Geller & Son Jewelers in the Hammond Springs shopping center, where Roswell Road and Hammond Drive meet. Financing
We are dedicated to providing Sandy Springs and the surrounding communities of Dunwoody, Roswell, Buckhead, Brookhaven, and metro Atlanta with exceptional dental care. In efforts to do so, Boutique for Cosmetic Dentistry is proud to work with most major dental insurances, third-party dental financing companies, and even accept various payment options. This allows more patients in our community to have access to the dental care they desperately need and deserve.

Insurance
We are in network with MetLife and accept all major PPO dental insurance plans, credit cards, and CareCredit. Before your appointment and any treatment, we do recommend verifying your insurance benefits and if you will be responsible for any portion of the cost.
Payment for treatment is due at the time services are provided. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, network benefits, or treatment pricing, please let us know prior to your appointment.
